Mas de Daumas Gassac Blanc 08
Hotel du Vin Cambridge A-(+)

So much white fruit on the nose, sweet ripe peaches, nectarines, white flowers, daisies, so lifted, expressive. Nice fat acidity, theres minerality showing through, chalky, rather lean, some wood treatment; hints of bitterness at the back, probably the Viognier talking. Acidity is fat, but balanced. Gorgeous, will age with ease.
